Ritchie Bump, EIT, Principal Hygienist/Engineer

Mr. Bump has nearly 20 years of environmental contracting, consulting, field and project management experience and conducts a variety of functions. These duties include asbestos and lead based paint surveys and proposals, asbestos abatement project design and oversight, Industrial Hygiene inspections and surveys, all phases of environmental site assessments (ESAs) including remedial investigations and design, natural resource assessments, geotechnical investigations, as well as preparing Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC), and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP).

Holly Bump, Principal Owner

Ms. Bump operates the daily internal operations of The Green Way Group and has over 20 years of direct sales and marketing experience as well as client management. She has successfully negotiated multi-million dollar sale contracts and managed clients ranging from small insurance claim companies to multi-billion dollar information technology and construction and/or restoration companies. In addition, Ms. Bump has founded and operated numerous foundations for the companies she has represented over the last 10-15 years.

Christine “Chris” McNally, Business Development

Ms. McNally is in charge of Business Development for the Green Way Environmental Group, utilizing over 15 years of sales, marketing and managerial experience. Ms. McNally has successfully managed day-to-day administrative and financial operations for a small business to surpass one million dollars in revenue annually. In that time she has maintained responsibility for both client and vendor relations.

Mason Gear, Environmental Technician

Mr. Gear joined the Green Way Group in March of 2017 and excels at environmental consulting, project management, and field activities while conducting many different functions. These duties include asbestos and lead surveys, asbestos abatement oversight, monitoring, visual and final air clearance sampling, aiding with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), as well as preparing Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC), and  Storm Water Pollution and Prevention Plans (SWPPP).
